In a first for QinetiQ Novare, two engineering graduates joined our Graduate Development Program on 7 January 2008. Tim Durkin and Horace Leung will undergo training to become EO consultants, and will eventually join QinetiQ Novare's team of Design Engineers.

Tim has recently graduated from the University of Queensland as a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical and Space). Horace has recently graduated from Queensland University of Technology as a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace Avionics). Both have a keen interest in EO and weapon systems, and have already started learning about basic explosive theory.

The new Graduate Development Program is one part of QinetiQ Novare's multi-faceted Recruitment Plan. This plan has been designed to ensure QinetiQ Novare's rapid growth continues and a high calibre team of EO specialists remains available to satisfy the needs of our clients.
