On every task that QinetiQ Novare undertakes, it is the aim of the team to exceed the expectations of the client by addressing both the core requirement and the peripheral issues that may affect the eventual outcome (even if QinetiQ Novare is not involved in the final output).

All eligible professional engineers at QinetiQ Novare are members of Engineers Australia and maintain their Chartered status through the company’s continuous development program.  Personnel are also encouraged to develop their own expertise by engaging in independent professional development activities such as domestic and international seminars, conferences and training courses.
